TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective from 26 August 2026. These terms govern the use of the website, accounts, orders and paid services offered under the HejterMods brand.

The shop offers services connected with GTA Online PC Enhanced: account-configuration packages and in-game heist services. The current package description and total price shown in the cart before payment form part of the contract. Add-ons are delivered only together with an account-service package.

HejterMods is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Game and platform rules remain applicable.

3. Customer account

Checkout requires a verified HejterMods account created with an email address, a password and a Discord username. The customer must provide accurate data, protect their password and immediately report suspected account misuse.

4. Order and contract formation

  1. The customer selects a package and permitted add-ons, reviews the final currency and total, and signs in.
  2. Before checkout, the customer accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy, acknowledges the game-account risk and separately requests early performance.
  3. The payment is completed on Stripe Checkout. A contract is concluded when Stripe confirms payment and the order is recorded as paid.
  4. The customer receives an order number by email and in My orders, joins the official Discord, creates a private ticket and provides the order number.

The website never asks for game-account passwords or verification codes. If access data is genuinely required, it must be discussed only in the private ticket after the order has been verified.

5. Prices and payments

The cart shows the final amount before redirection to Stripe. Customers located in Poland are charged fixed whole-zloty PLN prices and may choose card or BLIK when available; other customers are charged in EUR. HejterMods does not store full card or bank-payment credentials.

6. Performance

The service date and operational requirements are agreed in the private ticket. The customer must cooperate, be available at the agreed time for a heist and avoid changes that prevent performance. The status shown in the account is informational.

7. Game rules and risk

The ordered activity may conflict with the game provider's rules and may result in a reset, restriction, suspension or permanent ban. The customer accepts this material risk before payment. This does not exclude rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer law.

8. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

A consumer who concludes a distance contract generally has 14 days to withdraw. The customer may expressly request performance before this period expires. If the consumer withdraws after performance starts, they pay proportionally for the completed part. Once the service is fully performed following the prior express request and acknowledgement, the right to withdraw is lost to the extent allowed by law.

9. Complaints

A complaint may be sent to hejtermods@gmail.com or submitted in the private order ticket. Include the order number, issue, expected resolution and relevant evidence. We respond within the period required by applicable law.

Consumers may use available out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. This does not limit access to a court.

10. Prohibited conduct

It is prohibited to abuse payment disputes, use stolen payment instruments or accounts, attack the website, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person or provide unlawful content.

11. Changes and final provisions

The version accepted at checkout applies to an order. Material changes do not retroactively alter concluded contracts. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's country remain unaffected.
